Responsibilities

👉 What will be your main functions?

• Maximize the availability of production lines: Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of all production lines in the assigned shift.
• Supervise the complete recycling process: Control all stages (reception, sorting, shredding, washing, extrusion, homogenization) ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate and lead the operational team: Direct shift managers and maintain fluid communication with shift supervisors and line managers.
• Control quality and optimize yields: Monitor quality parameters of recycled material, reduce waste, and manage rejection flows.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety: Guarantee compliance with labor safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Manage indicators and resolve incidents: Report production KPIs and solve technical and operational issues at the plant.

Requirements

👉 What are the requirements?

• Education: University degree in Engineering or similar.
• Desirable: Training in PRL and Lean Manufacturing.
• Schedule: From 08 to 17 from Monday to Friday. (During the initial 6-month training period, availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday will be necessary to learn about the plant and equipment).
• Availability for telephone on-call duties.
• Experience: At least 5 years in an industrial environment, at least 2 of them managing large teams.
• Workplace: Alcalá de Guadaira, Sevilla
• Ability to lead teams and work towards objectives.
