У зв’язку з розширенням команди ми шукаємо Jira Administrator, який приєднається до нашої активної та залученої команди!
Responsibilities
- Адмініструвати та підтримувати Jira Cloud і Confluence: керувати користувачами, доступами, проєктами та просторами.
- Налаштовувати та вдосконалювати робочі процеси, автоматизації та бізнес-процеси за допомогою Jira Automation, ScriptRunner та інших інструментів.
- Створювати дашборди, звіти та документацію, підтримувати актуальність процесів і бази знань.
- Впроваджувати та підтримувати інтеграції, плагіни та інші розширення Atlassian-екосистеми.
- Виявляти та вирішувати технічні проблеми, пов'язані з налаштуваннями, інтеграціями та роботою систем.
- Консультувати співробітників щодо роботи з Jira та Confluence і допомагати підвищувати ефективність використання інструментів.
Requirements
- Маєш досвід адміністрування Jira Cloud, Confluence, Jira Software та Jira Service Management;
- Маєш практичний досвід роботи з Jira APIs та webhooks;
- Впевнено володієш JQL та використовуєш його для пошуку, фільтрації й аналізу даних у Jira;
- Маєш практичний досвід налаштування та підтримки правил автоматизації в Jira;
- Знаєш можливості сторонніх плагінів Jira та Confluence й маєш досвід роботи з ними.
Nice to Have
- Маєш досвід роботи з ScriptRunner.
