About the Position

We are seeking a JMP-AI Architect (BD) to develop and implement enterprise-level AI strategies in Shanghai, China.

Responsibilities

Participate in the formulation and implementation of enterprise-level AI strategies.
Deep dive into business operations to abstract manufacturing, supply chain, and functional scenarios' pain points into AI solution architectures.
Engage in the full-process practice of large model selection, fine-tuning (SFT/LoRA), deployment, and inference optimization.
Promote the internal best practices and reuse of technologies such as RAG, Agent, and multimodal within Bosch.
Track cutting-edge AI technologies (AIGC, AI Agent, embodied intelligence, etc.) and evaluate their business implementation value.

Master's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, or related fields.
Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace frameworks.
Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with an in-depth understanding of Transformer and Attention mechanisms.
Familiarity with large model fine-tuning (SFT/LoRA/RLHF), Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Agent core technologies.
Understanding of MLOps, DevOps, and CI/CD, with model engineering and deployment capabilities.
Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent), capable of cross-cultural collaboration.
