Job als Sales & Marketing Assistant – Inventory ONE GmbH

Responsibilities
- Support the entire sales process: from lead pre-qualification and scheduling appointments to conducting online presentations for prospective customers.
- Create offers, handle follow-ups, and ensure that potential customers have an excellent experience.
- Maintain our CRM, structure information, and ensure that no opportunity is missed.
- Support our marketing team in planning and implementing campaigns on Google, social media, and LinkedIn.
- Write newsletters to inform customers about new features, updates, and use cases.
- Create content such as social media posts, landing page texts, or short product announcements.
- Analyze key figures from sales and marketing and help to continuously optimize processes.
Requirements
- Commercial training or a comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in sales, marketing, or in an assistant role-ideally in the digital environment or with SaaS products.
- Enjoy communicating-both in writing and in online meetings with interested parties.
- Confident use of digital tools (CRM systems, MS Office, Canva, social media).
- Understanding of modern online marketing basics (newsletters, social media, landing pages, campaigns).
- A structured, organized approach to work and the ability to reliably handle several topics at the same time.
- Creativity, initiative, and the desire to actively contribute to the further development of sales and marketing.
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
