About the Position
We are seeking a Jr Associate BI to join our Career Site Team: Data Science & Business Intelligence. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and board members, through very strong interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit expert level written and verbal communication skills.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, adapt to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
- Achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work effectively as a highly resourceful team-player while also being extremely effective independently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong work tenure of experience supporting Executives, preferably in a like organization.
- Experience and interest in internal and external communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
