About the Position

Mentor Technical Group (MTG) provides a comprehensive portfolio of technical support and solutions for the FDA-regulated industry. With offices in Caguas, PR, Boston, MA & San Francisco, CA and we serve life sciences clients in six global markets: United States, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Germany, Canada, and South America.

We are currently seeking a Jr. Engineer to join our team in Gurabo, Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Perform basic calculations, modeling, simulations, or drafting as required.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues and propose improvements.
• Participate in project meetings, site visits, or inspections as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to workflow optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, or related field).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic experience with engineering tools, software, or design platforms used in the field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies and methods.
