THE JOURNEY
- Support People Partners and business leaders in the execution of key HR processes (performance reviews, engagement surveys, talent reviews, etc.)
- Act as a first point of contact for employees on People-related topics, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience
- Partner with managers to support day-to-day people management (onboarding, probation follow-ups, development conversations, etc.)
- Assist in identifying and addressing employee relations topics, escalating when needed
- Drive and support engagement initiatives to foster a strong team culture and positive work environment
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs, ensuring alignment with team structure and priorities
- Support workforce planning and organizational changes (transfers, promotions, restructuring)
- Ensure proper implementation of People policies, processes, and compliance with local regulations
- Analyze People data and metrics (attrition, engagement, performance) to identify trends and support decision-making
- Contribute to the design and execution of development plans and learning initiatives
- Support internal communication and change management initiatives within the teams
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in HR systems
Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Labor Law, Business Administration or related fields;
- Fluent in local language (Italian) and English;
- Understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws;
- Usage of Excel or Googlesheets;
- Proactive and solution-focused – you’re always thinking ahead and stay openminded;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities;
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience in analyzing HR data, spotting trends, and turning that info into actionable insights would be a big plus.

Base Hiring Range
EUR 36,800 - EUR 46,000 - Yearly
On top, your total compensation may include other benefits described above and equity and/or variable bonuses for pre-defined roles.
This is the initial hiring range for this role and level. If at any point during the process we determine your experience and scope better align with a different role, we'll be happy to review & share it with you, before moving forward to the next stage of the process!
