About the Position
Fulcrum is looking for a Jr Recruiter on a part-time basis to join our project! We are seeking someone who wants to develop in IT recruiting. We are ready to train and support, but we expect high motivation for development. What is important for us: recruiting experience from 6 months or a great desire to learn; knowledge of sourcing and Boolean queries is mandatory; understanding of IT technologies and technical specialties; confident work with LinkedIn, DOU, and Djinni; willingness to assist with HR tasks if needed. We offer: full support and mentorship; the opportunity to quickly develop in recruiting; schedule: 4 hours a day (20 hours a week); the prospect of transitioning to full-time.
Responsibilities
- Engage in IT recruiting activities
- Utilize sourcing and Boolean queries
- Understand IT technologies and technical specialties
- Work confidently with LinkedIn, DOU, and Djinni
- Assist with HR tasks as needed
Requirements
- At least 6 months of recruiting experience or a strong desire to learn
- Knowledge of sourcing and Boolean queries
- Understanding of IT technologies and technical specialties
- Confident work with LinkedIn, DOU, and Djinni
- Willingness to assist with HR tasks
Nice to Have
- Additional experience in IT recruiting
