About the Position
The Group Recovery & Resolution Planning Stream within the Integrated Risk Management Department is seeking a solution-oriented, proactive full-time member of our agile, cross-functional stream. The Team is part of an established Tribe organization and dedicated to group-wide programs to implement recovery & resolution requirements, in line with respective EU regulations.
Your role at RBI:
- Implementing group-wide measures and developing strategic concepts within the context of recovery and resolution planning, in particular the annual update of the Group Recovery Plan
- Focusing on the update of recovery scenarios and the calculation of the Overall Recovery Capacity (ORC) incl. technical computation and business meaning of the calculations
- Taking over a key role in the Recovery Indicators Trigger Monitoring monthly process incl. presentation of the final results
- Fostering the usage of AI-tools and contributing to database projects and the fulfillment of BCBS-requirements
- Contributing to simulations and reporting activities related to the MREL requirements and preparing presentations for authorities and internal stakeholders
- Expanding your skills in agile project delivery and maintaining the product management tool JIRA
Responsibilities
- Implement group-wide measures and develop strategic concepts within the context of recovery and resolution planning

Requirements
- A relevant degree with a quantitative or business focus (Business Administration, Quantitative Finance, Business Informatics)
- Experience in financial institutions in areas such as Risk Management or Finance, ideally with a proven track record in project-oriented work
- Proficient programming (R, Python, or SQL) and MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Practical experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI
- A solution-oriented, practical, proactive mindset combined with clear and impactful communication skills
- Technical skills are an advantage (APEX / Databricks)

- Competitive salary: Minimum salary of EUR 3.375,40 gross per month under the applicable Banking Collective Agreement. The actual salary is typically higher and will be determined individually based on your qualifications, professional experience, and the specific requirements of the role
