About the Position
Universe Group is seeking a creative and inquisitive Junior 2D Motion Designer to create video content for advertising our products and accelerate their growth and development. This role goes beyond simple 2D animation skills; it's about creating content that resonates with our audience. Every day, 10 million users worldwide see advertisements for Universe apps! To engage our future users and showcase the benefits of the products our company develops, our team of motion designers creates promotional videos for audiences on Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and Twitter. Responsibilities
- Creation of promotional animated 2D videos that set us apart from competitors.
- Creation of animated videos demonstrating the functionality of our applications.
- Editing, working with sound design, and AI services.
- Interaction with creative marketers and active participation in the discussion of ideas.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 8 months of experience in creating animated 2D videos/reels and video editing.
- Portfolio: Relevant work using animation that you can share.
- Technical Skills: Practical experience with After Effects, graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator/Figma), and AI tools (Chat GPT, Midjourney).
- Creativity: Ability to create original visual concepts that attract attention and engage the audience.
- Video Editing and Montage Skills: Knowledge of tools and methods for editing, combining, and optimizing video (e.g., Adobe Premiere PRO).
- Time Management Guru: Ability to effectively allocate your working time and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of compositing, keying, and trackin TrackMotion.
- Creation of content for social networks.
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing.
