Responsibilities
- Handling current clients' needs and service procedures
- Supporting the acquisition of new corporate clients
- Collaborating with Account Managers
- Close cooperation with the Customer Success team
- Preparing offers and presentations
- Building and maintaining business relationships with key clients and partners
- Market research for new business opportunities
- Supporting the implementation of new products and services for sales
- Initiating pre-sales activities
Requirements
- Motivation and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain long-term relationships
- Results-oriented and goal-driven
- Knowledge of internet marketing and beyond
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of web technologies, marketing, and mobile solutions is welcome
- Independence and diligence in task execution
- Category B driving license
- Preferred marketing or related education or proven marketer's intuition
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
Tools - Required Knowledge
- MS Office and/or Google Workspace applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- CRM - basic experience with this class of system
