Responsibilities

• Work with project briefs and requirements, studying them, identifying ambiguities, and consulting with the client before internal project resolution.
• Administrative support associated with project and individual requirement management.
• Clear and timely communication of expectations and requirements to the team and the client.
• Coordination and management of individual project execution, from small to medium-sized.
• Early identification of potential problems and their communication to relevant colleagues or clients.
• Planning and coordination of project timelines.
• Presenting proposals and recommendations to the client.
• Regular evaluation of completed projects and seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Close collaboration with the internal team on project preparation, coordination, and execution, ensuring seamless communication between teams and clients.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Czech and conversational English.
• Independent, responsible, and good at organizing work.
• Ability to effectively plan time and set priorities.
• Communicative and comfortable with regular client communication.
• Proactive and not afraid to come up with your own ideas – we’d love to hear them.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to meticulous work.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and see them through to completion.
