As a Junior Account Manager (m/w/d), you will start directly in sales: You will build your own customer portfolio, take on responsibility, and lay the foundation for your career at SOLCOM.
Your Tasks
- You will gradually build your own customer portfolio – through acquisition by phone, digital, and on-site.
- Your clients have exciting projects – You ensure they get the right experts for them.
- You research suitable experts, select profiles, introduce them to your clients, and accompany the interviews.
- Contract negotiations are conducted independently – from the inquiry to the successful conclusion.
- You create your individual portfolio, decide which clients you want to develop, engage with their topics, and develop long-term partnerships.
- Your goal: to develop a trusting, stable customer relationship from a first deal – and experts who always like to work with you again.
- Training on the job: With mentors, our academy, and plenty of practice, you will learn to handle different reactions confidently, assert yourself successfully, and consistently seize opportunities.
What You Bring
- Completed degree or equivalent training – preferably with an economic or sales-related focus
- Strong customer orientation and genuine interest in the topics of your business partners
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness – whether digital, by phone, or in person
- Ambition and discipline, combined with the willingness to take on responsibility
- High resilience: You can handle setbacks and not be thrown off course
- Enthusiasm for economic relationships and a passion for sales
- Excellent German skills in speech and writing
