Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Manage existing clients and assist in acquiring new customers and projects.
• Coordination: Align staffing needs and project requirements with clients.
• Recruitment: Identify and approach suitable candidates through various channels.
• Process Management: Oversee the recruitment process until successful placement.
• Candidate Presentation: Create and present candidate profiles to clients.
• Interview Coordination: Organize and coordinate interviews.
• Negotiation Support: Assist in offer and contract negotiations.
• Employee Support: Provide support to employees during their project assignments.
• Network Management: Maintain the applicant and customer network and manage the CRM system.

Requirements

• Completed degree, preferably in economics, technology, or a related field.
• Initial practical experience in recruiting, sales, HR, or account management is advantageous.
• Interest in technical topics and the engineering environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work approach.
• High self-motivation and enjoyment in working with people.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Class B driver's license.
