About the Position

Programmfabrik GmbH, located in the heart of Berlin, is the provider of the web-based software easydb. Easydb is a flexible repository for media and associated relationally structured metadata. As a Digital Asset Management Tool, easydb.digitalasset is successfully used in the areas of press & public relations and product marketing. As easydb.university, easydb.museum, and easydb.archive, easydb finds application in the management of cultural assets, teaching materials, and research data with the same code base.

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for support in the new customer acquisition segment.

Responsibilities

• Identification of new markets and support throughout the entire sales process
• Representation of the company at trade fairs
• New customer approach
• Arrangement and conduct of online presentations and on-site appointments
• Technical consultation
• Product consultation
• Preparation of offers and budget negotiations up to contract conclusion

Requirements

• Basic understanding of sales processes.
• You have already gained experience in the B2B market and are characterized by reliability, efficient work ethic, and a sense of responsibility, and you bring the following qualities with you:
  • Completed business-oriented studies or similar qualification
  • Very good German language skills and expression in writing and speech
  • Technical understanding
  • Team spirit
  • Friendliness
  • Negotiation and assertiveness skills
  • Self-motivation and high standards for the quality of your own work
