BETER's products are available in more than 150 countries worldwide, and our partners include leading international companies.

We are expanding our finance team and are looking for a Junior Accountant to help ensure the efficiency of daily accounting processes for the company's Ukrainian legal entities. This position is perfect for a specialist who already has basic accounting experience, is attentive to detail, loves order in documents, and strives for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, verifying, and processing primary accounting documents (acts, invoices, bills, etc.).
• Ensuring the completeness and correctness of document formatting, interacting with counterparties to obtain missing documentation.
• Entering primary documents into the accounting system, including reflecting transactions under account 631.
• Maintaining records of fixed assets (FA) and low-value non-current tangible assets (LTA).
• Documenting transactions with FA and LTA: receipt, movement, commissioning, and write-off.
• Conducting reconciliations with suppliers, identifying, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborating with the accounting team, procurement department, and other departments regarding accounting documentation.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in accounting as a Junior Accountant / Accountant or similar.
• Higher specialized education.
• Basic knowledge of Ukrainian accounting and tax regulations.
• Practical experience with primary documentation and accounting for supplier payments.
• Understanding of transactions under account 631.
• Basic knowledge of fixed assets and LTA accounting.
• Experience with accounting systems (1C / BAS or similar).
• Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, working with tables).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Knowledge of M.E.Doc and/or Вчасно.
• Experience working with multiple legal entities or in a centralized accounting department.
• Experience handling large volumes of primary documentation.
