Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting: You will take on tasks in financial accounting, particularly in accounts payable in the operational daily business. You will process our accounting mailbox, record and post invoices, prepare payment runs, assist with ongoing account reconciliation and maintenance, and increasingly resolve minor discrepancies independently.
• Financial Statements: You will contribute to our monthly and annual financial statements.
• Project Support: You will support projects, such as process optimization in accounting.
• Process Improvement: You will help make our accounting smarter step by step, for example, using Excel or AI.
• Professional Development: You will develop step by step and actively shape your future with us.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education, e.g., as a tax assistant, or a business administration degree with a focus on financial accounting/accounting.
• Initial professional experience in accounting, for example, through your education, an internship, or a work-study program.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and the basics of accounting; you will familiarize yourself with new topics with enthusiasm.
• Proficiency in using Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting systems such as SAP is advantageous.
• Openness to using AI and enthusiasm for solving recurring tasks more intelligently.
• Reliable, accurate, and structured work, analytical thinking, and a willingness to look beyond the immediate task to question and improve existing processes.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and bring intrinsic motivation and commitment to make a real impact.
• Fluent in German (at least C1 level) and good English.
