Our team is expanding rapidly and we are looking for a Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist in Tbilisi!
Main Tasks
- Working with European financial systems
- Processing and managing invoices, accounts, and financial reports
- Managing accounts receivable and handling customer debt
- Monitoring outstanding balances and overdue payments
- Communicating with international clients
- Liaising with colleagues across international offices and internal departments
- Utilizing internal ERP systems for daily operations
Requirements
- Ready to work full time from Monday to Friday from the office in Tbilisi
- Fluent in Russian and English (B2 level or higher), knowledge of additional European languages at a minimum of B1 level (e.g., German, French) is considered a strong plus
- Confident PC and MS Office user
- Stress-resistant, responsible, attentive to details
- Good communicator, able to work both independently and as part of a team
