Responsibilities

You will:

• Expand into new markets
• Support existing partners, finding ways to increase purchasing volumes for the product (we are a direct advertiser)
• Work with marketing analytics and make decisions based on a range of different product metrics per user
• Work with the anti-fraud system
• Maintain close communication with the Monetization and Product teams
• Actively participate in building processes for the new department and the internal admin system
• Find new partners (webmasters) and build long-term relationships

Requirements

We'll have a match if you:

• Have the ability to self-organize and take on challenges
• Think systematically and can make data-driven decisions
• Can clearly express and argue your point of view
• Love negotiation and have strong communication skills
• Have the passion and drive to independently dig into digital marketing
• Have 1–2 years of experience in affiliate or digital marketing, or equivalent sales experience at Ukrainian or international companies (FMCG, IT, sales, audit, finance, etc.)
• Are results-oriented with strong ambition to succeed
• Speak English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Will be an advantage:

• Basic understanding of the online advertising market and affiliate marketing/arbitrage
• Additional knowledge of one or more foreign languages: Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese
• Marketing courses, seminars, hackathons
• Practical experience with AI use cases
• Study-abroad educational programs
