Junior AI Animator (Anime Series)

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Junior AI Animator to join Honeytech, a leading product IT company in the webcomics industry. Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has already become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics - in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.

Location: Remote Full-Time | Design

Responsibilities

As a Junior AI Animator, your challenges will include:

• Create 2D animations based on approved director’s storyboards.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and continuity across scenes.
• Generate AI voice-overs for characters.
• Create and refine animated shots in accordance with internal guidelines.
• Implement revisions based on the director’s feedback.
• Prepare and deliver final assets to the editing team.

Requirements

We are looking for a specialist who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in 2D animation and AI-driven animation.
• Is passionate about anime, manga, or animated series and wants to grow in this field.
• Has hands-on experience with AI tools for animation generation.
• Can write clear prompts and build efficient AI workflows.
• Is comfortable working with large storyboards and following established visual styles.
• Has strong attention to detail and enjoys working within a collaborative production pipeline.
• Experience with anime-style visuals and frame-by-frame animation will be considered an advantage.
