Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements
About the Position
Junior AI Engineer - Agents & SDLC (FinTech/ Crypto)
Location: Warszawa, ul. Giełdowa 5 (okolice Ronda Daszyńskiego). On-site work.
This is not a job for those who want to "get into AI because it sounds trendy." We are looking for people who are truly passionate about the subject, those who test their own agents and build projects out of curiosity, even in their free time.
In our team, we implement AI:
- Agents supporting developers
- Review bots
- Automation of the software development process (SDLC)
- Observability for LLM workflows
- Security of AI systems
Honestly:
The pace is fast, the projects are fresh, and there is a lot of stress and hard work. If the topic really interests you and you want to dive deep into AI agents from a production perspective, you will feel at home here.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Implement autonomous agent systems
- Test new solutions (related to AI SDLC development)
- Write evaluations and monitor quality and costs
- Work on the security of agents
- Collaborate with experienced AI engineers
In the future, an even hotter topic: low-latency systems and algo trading (Java-heavy).
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has their own LLM project deployed outside of localhost (bot, web app, agent)
- Has completed/is completing studies in computer science or a related field (or is finishing the 3rd year and ready to work at least 4/5 of full-time)
- Has solid programming basics (preferably Java) and can write clean, testable code
- Thinks analytically and works well under pressure
- Regularly uses tools like Claude Code, Codex, Kiro, Gemini CLI
Additional pluses:
- Very good grades, interesting engineering/master's thesis, olympiads, competitions
- Participation in hackathons
- Commercial experience
- LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, OpenAI API
- Docker, Cloud, Observability
- Interest in crypto or blockchain
We Offer
Why it's worth it:
- We are a technology company, so we focus on technical challenges
- We offer the opportunity to enter the world of cryptocurrencies and strong technical development
- We offer real AI implementations in production
- We provide free drinks in the office (cola, fanta, etc.)
- We offer flexible hours, paid breaks
- We guarantee Medicover healthcare, Multisport card, training budget
- We are open to collaborating with people from different parts of Poland, so we support relocation to Warsaw through a relocation package
- We work in a modern office with convenient public transport access (Warsaw – Rondo Daszyńskiego)
- Additionally: Pizza Fridays, team-building activities, no dress code
