About the Position
Junior Analyst
We are looking for a Junior Analyst to join our Olapsoft team. This is a position for young professionals who want to maximize their analytical skills and gain industry experience as a consultant in a large global company. You will work remotely and collaborate with consulting groups on a wide range of advanced analytics topics.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of complex models implemented in MS Excel
- Independent implementation and support of consolidation and optimization planning projects (large companies from Forbes 2000)
- Participation in the development of OLAP-platform architecture (Product Management)
- Participation in international projects and bringing the product to the international level
Requirements
- Understanding of multidimensional data models (pivot tables in Excel, Power Query)
- High level of MS Excel skills
- High level of proficiency in English
Nice to Have
- Experience in MS Excel Solver
- Ability to program VBA, SQL, Python, etc
- Independent project management skills
- Modeling experience in IBM TM1/Cognos/Analytics, Oracle Hyperion, and SAP BPC/Planning
The Role of the Future Employee
In the first six months, the candidate will participate in 5-6 large projects in different industries, helping to analyze processes and build models in different departments of large companies. Afterwards, the candidate will be evaluated and given experience: specialization in (business) analytics and modeling or consulting and business process methodology.
