Responsibilities

Our Junior Art Interns are essential members of the creative team and are responsible for assisting in the delivery of top-notch creative work for various client projects and internal initiatives. They will be involved in real projects and learn via hands-on training on how an integrated agency in the digital era works across all of its disciplines.

• Assist and collaborate with the creative team in creating original concepts for campaigns
• Create and communicate concepts by applying brand-level awareness as well as campaign tactics
• Apply consistency and continuity of brand across a variety of deliverables in the design and layout of various client projects
• Offer strategic and innovative solutions, add/contribute to client meetings, present creative work. Design comps, graphic elements, and final deliverables
• Secure approval for all work from the ACD or CD for specific assignments
• Partner with the team for the timely development and execution of campaigns and projects, including the concepting, execution, referencing, and annotating of final deliverables. Collaborate with Account Services to understand client goals, strategy, and feedback. Contribute concepts/ideas to new business pitches, pro-bono, and in-house projects
• Present creative in internal meetings. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and other client contact as necessary

Requirements

• Relevant education in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar
• Proactive and eager to learn about the advertising world and create work that exceeds expectations
• Have an eye for detail and a creative kick
• A creative portfolio is a plus
• An enthusiastic team player who believes in collaboration and cooperation
• Creative and curious, with an outgoing personality!
