About the Role

Start your journey on 01.01.2027 as a Junior Berater*in Media in our Stuttgart office and explore the exciting world of media consulting.

In a three-month onboarding program, you will learn about our agency, its working methods, and the basics of media work. You will gain insights into customer management, various media genres, media orchestration, and integrated planning. Experienced mentors will be there to support you.

Afterward, you will deepen your knowledge in media consulting and gradually grow into the daily business. After six months, you will be able to translate customer requirements into media issues, handle smaller tasks in a structured manner, and present your results.

Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of our clients, take in their concerns, and build trusting relationships.
• Support the care of existing clients and gain insights into the acquisition of new contacts.
• Participate in client projects, prepare briefings and meetings, and keep track of tasks and next steps.
• Learn to critically question briefings and translate customer requirements into concrete work packages with experienced colleagues.
• Work with teams from planning, strategy, and media orchestration to develop integrated communication solutions.
• Deepen your knowledge in customer advice, communication, and project management, and gradually take on your own tasks.

Requirements

• A successfully completed education, degree, or comparable qualification in Marketing, Media, Communication, or Business.
• Initial experience in customer or project management is welcome; media experience is a plus.
• Interest in brands, target groups, and media planning, as well as enjoyment of cross-media collaboration.
• You communicate clearly, listen attentively, and interact with others in a partnership manner.
• You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and keep track of multiple tasks.
• You have a secure command of the common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, or the willingness to quickly expand your knowledge.
• You bring initiative, team spirit, and solution-oriented thinking and are open to new tools such as HubSpot, awork, or Power BI.
• You have very good German language skills.
