About the Position

Join us as a Junior Business Analyst and execute key projects for a leading company in the energy sector, supporting the Digital Channels and Customer Relations Development Office in designing modern process solutions. In this role, you will work fully remotely, collaborating with experts on BPMN process modeling, requirements gathering, and creating project documentation for CRM systems, e-commerce, and mobile applications. We offer a stable, 12-month collaboration with the possibility of extension, starting in May/June 2026, allowing you to truly shape the digital future of the energy industry.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with the team and internal clients in the creation of analytical and project documentation.
  • Describing and modeling business processes using BPMN notation.
  • Gathering, analyzing, documenting, and maintaining requirements.
  • Supporting solution planning and testing processes.
  • Liaising with development and testing teams to ensure solution consistency and alignment of documentation with the final product.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Knowledge of business analysis deliverables and work products.
  • Practical knowledge of BPMN notation and experience in process modeling (e.g., using tools like Enterprise Architect).
  • Ability to draft clear and concise business process descriptions.
  • Practical skills in specifying requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Polish (written and spoken), required for drafting technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • University degree (or currently in the final year of studies).
