Junior Business Analyst

About the Position

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team for improvement development of projects and project team expansion!

Responsibilities

• Keeping in mind the general goal of the application and the goal of each individual feature
• Translating business requirements into product specifications
• Conducting competitor analysis
• Preparing requirements documentation
• Creating UI wireframes/mockups
• Creating well-described tasks in Jira with detailed acceptance criteria
• Supporting the development team in clarifications of requirements
• Participating in backlog grooming

Requirements

• 1+ years of working experience in IT Business Analysis
• Strong Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Jira Atlassian, Google Docs/Spreadsheets
• Analytical mindset
• Attention to details
• Good communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with diagramming/graphical tools (such as Draw.io, Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
• Knowledge of UML notation
• Technical background
• Knowledge of software development process and its life cycle
• Understanding of client-server architecture
