About the Position
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join the Intelligent Automation practice, to support business transformation through automation solutions and AI-powered tools within innovative and fast-paced project environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Elicit, analyze and document business requirements, current-state processes and client pain points
- Create clear functional specifications, user stories and process maps to support development
- Support the project team across all phases of the SDLC from design to deployment
- Participate in client workshops, presentations and requirements sessions
- Help translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for the engineering team
- Facilitate UAT with clients and collaborate with developers to ensure the final solution meets business needs
- Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to automate project tasks and improve delivery efficiency
Requirements
- 1+ years of practical experience in business analysis or a related field
- Knowledge of business analysis frameworks, methodologies and tools
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2 minimum), with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of AI and intelligent automation concepts and tools
- A highly proactive attitude, coachability and a strong desire to learn emerging technologies
Nice to Have
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools such as natural language processing tools, prompt engineering or automation platforms and tools
