Currently we are looking for a Junior Business Analyst in Kyiv with the possibility of travelling across Ukraine.

Responsibilities

The successful trainee will support business analysis of office printing solutions:

• Audits clients’ document management system
• Analysis and describing business processes related to documents’ printing / copying / scanning
• Collects and consolidate primary data
• Calculating total costs, return on investment (ROI), and total cost of ownership (TCO)
• Defines and presents a design solution
• Automates exported files.

Requirements

• Final year student or graduate of 2025 year in Economics or related disciplines
• Analytical skills
• Strong communications skills
• Willingness to travel
• Focus on results
• Fluency in Ukrainian, good spoken and written English (Intermediate level and above)
• Confident user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint. IOS user
