Job description

About the Position

Junior Business Developer - B2B (m/f/d)

  • Location: München, Germany
  • Type: FULL_TIME
  • Department: Revenue & Distribution

Let’s shoot for the stars:

Help build a business, not just a pipeline. Limehome runs 200+ tech-enabled apartments and hotels in 13 European countries. Companies already ask us for rooms every week - consultancies, banks, hospitals, project teams - yet most of that demand still goes elsewhere. In 2027 we want direct B2B to become a real share of our revenue. You join as one of the first people in our B2B team. No playbook, no legacy, short paths - your work is visible all the way to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Turn requests into bookings. Own corporate inquiries end to end: reply fast, quote, follow up, close.
  • Win companies. Find and contact firms that need rooms near our properties, set up their rates and accounts, keep them booking.
  • Get us into corporate travel. Help connect Limehome to travel agencies and booking systems (GDS) and prepare our first corporate RFP season.
  • Build the machine. Set up our CRM, automate quotes and follow-ups with AI and no-code tools, track the funnel.
  • Make it work across teams. Revenue, Operations, Finance and Guest Experience - from offer to invoice.

Requirements

  • A degree in business, hospitality, sales management, tourism or similar (or about to finish) - or a path that shows you get things done
  • First hands-on experience: internship, working student job, start-up or your own project in sales, BD or hospitality
  • Drive: you follow up, push things over the line and don't wait to be told
  • AI-native and good with numbers: Sheets, AI tools - you'd rather automate a task than repeat it
  • Fluent German and English

We Offer

  • Hybrid Office Model: Flexible and empowering work environment - you can choose to work 100% from our office or partially from home and the office.
  • Visa & Language Support: Support during your visa process and with learning German on every language level after passing your probation period.
  • Relocation Support: Financial support for your move to Munich if you live further away than 300km from our office.
  • Oneteam: Transparent company culture with team stand-ups, regular All-Hands and suite events (Summer, Wiesn, Christmas).
  • Growth and Development: Constant feedback, peer reviews, and exchanges with a focus on your development.
  • Limitless learning: Possibility to choose an external development format to reach your full potential.
  • Workation: Chance to work twice per year for up to 4 weeks from a different country in the European Union.
  • Sabbatical: Possibility for a 3-month sabbatical after 1.5 years with Limehome.
  • Everything for our Limehomies: Focus on physical and mental wellbeing, staycations in our Limehomes, and many more suite benefits.
