About the Position
We are seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to join our international team in Salzburg, Austria, focusing on market analysis and contract management.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of potential markets, products, or business segments
- Participation in international tenders
- Preparation of corporate documents
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Research and development of legal topics
- Supporting internal projects to optimize processes and tools
- Collaboration on cross-departmental projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial and/or legal training or comparable several years of solid professional experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in an international company, ideally with a focus on contracts
- Excellent written and oral communication in German and English, knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
- Strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility, and detail
- High self-motivation with strong self-management skills
- Reliability, ability to work in a team, and willingness to communicate
- Solution-oriented approach
