About the Company
At tecRacer Germany GmbH, we have been shaping the cloud world for over 20 years. As a leading AWS Premier Tier Services Partner in Germany, we work on challenging cloud projects, develop innovative solutions, and share a common passion for technology. We believe that good ideas are more important than hierarchies. We rely on trust, personal responsibility, and genuine scope for shaping – and on an environment where you can develop professionally and personally. Clear career paths, regular feedback, individual development opportunities, and a transparent fair-pay structure provide the framework for this.
Together we deliver, instead of thinking in silos. We view our projects as a shared responsibility. That's why our consultants and developers work together in an overarching Delivery Team: knowledge, experience, and different perspectives come together where they have the greatest impact. Instead of rigid team boundaries, we promote collaboration across projects and areas. You will still have a dedicated manager by your side, who knows you, supports your development, and looks ahead with you to your next steps.
