Keeping track of the most important data is a must for a digital company. In the BI area, we analyze and interpret data from our websites and many other sources to make the right decisions for our users and our business.

We are currently looking for a (Junior) Business Intelligence Manager (m/w/d) at the CHECK24 Vergleichsportal Finanzen GmbH. If you are someone who enjoys working with large amounts of data, conversion optimization, and BI topics, and can also convince the management team as a sparring partner, then this position is just right for you. Responsibilities

• Conducting ad-hoc analyses to answer operational and strategic questions data-driven and derive concrete action recommendations
• Developing not only reports but real decision aids – with dashboards that precisely summarize complex company data and translate them into concrete, actionable measures
• Working closely with the management and various departments and acting as a sparring partner in data-driven decision-making processes
• Not limiting yourself to compiling and preparing data, but also validating it and supporting your business partners as a sparring partner in selecting the right data
• Structuring, modeling, and condensing complex data landscapes to generate clear, decision-relevant insights from heterogeneous data sources
• Proactively identifying and prioritizing optimization potentials along central business processes and actively shaping the expansion of data-driven corporate governance

Requirements

• A very good completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, (Business) Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field
• Practical experience in the field of Data Analytics or Business Intelligence and solid basics in relational data models and a secure command of SQL
• Ideally, you have already had initial contact with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or PowerBI. Python skills are an additional plus
• Analytical thinking, a quick comprehension, and self-responsibility characterize you. With your hands-on mentality, you implement topics pragmatically and purposefully
• What is particularly important to us: Drive, ownership, and attitude. You want to take on responsibility, shape, and achieve measurable impact
• Ideally, you have already had initial contact with the application of AI tools or AI-based solutions
• Very good German (min. C1) and English skills in speech and writing round off your profile
