About the Position

We are seeking a Business Intelligence & AI Manager (m/w/d) for our digital team in Cologne, focusing on data analytics and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Utilize analytical skills to manage data-driven projects.
• Develop and implement strategies for data analytics and business intelligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Analyze and visualize data to provide actionable insights.
• Manage and optimize ETL-Pipelines and databases using SQL.
• Develop and maintain data models and reports using Python.

Requirements

• Education: Successful completion of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Experience: Practical experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Tracking, or Data Science, preferably in a digital environment.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical thinking and proficiency in data-driven problem-solving.
  • Hands-on mentality with a focus on independence and goal-oriented work.
  • Technical expertise in Web-Analytics and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in SQL, ETL-Pipelines, and Python.
  • Deep understanding of product dynamics and customer behavior.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level).
