Junior Cash Analyst

About the Position

We are looking for a Junior Cash Analyst to join our AUTO1 Group team in Tirana. As a Junior Cash Analyst, you will support the Treasury team with daily cash management, payments, bank account administration, and reporting activities. You will work closely with internal teams and banking partners to ensure smooth and accurate treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily payments and cash transfers, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor cash movements and support the efficient management of the company's available cash.
• Provide payment confirmations to internal and external stakeholders and communicate with banks when proofs or corrections are needed.
• Manage the Cash Management mailbox and follow up on payment-related requests.
• Support bank account administration, including KYC, AML, and other banking documentation.
• Prepare daily and monthly cash reports and provide relevant information to management when needed.
• Manage user access to banking and other relevant financial platforms.
• Work with internal Tech teams to improve and streamline cash management processes.
• Support foreign exchange activities, including executing FX transactions for non-EUR payments and communicating settlement instructions to banks.
• Support the team in monitoring and managing foreign exchange-related risks and processes.
• Work closely with internal teams and external banking partners to ensure smooth and efficient Treasury operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Interest in Treasury, Cash Management, or financial operations.
• Experience with financial software, ERP, or treasury management systems is a plus.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Good command of English.

Additional Information

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Group, Kompleksi E88, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Laprakë, Tirana, and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
