Join the ride!

As a Junior Claims Manager, you will research traffic offenses and respond to inquiries from authorities and police stations. You will be part of a 3-person team and report directly to the Lead Special Cases. Additionally, you will regularly communicate with our law firms and prepare necessary documents and facts.

Responsibilities

• You will be the first point of contact for our law firms regarding specific inquiries about existing claims
• You will gather information and prepare electronic files for transfer to our law firms
• You will process and document our special cases
• You will respond to incoming inquiries about crimes related to traffic offenses both in writing and by phone
• You will review facts and make decisions regarding traffic violations

Requirements

• You have a technical or commercial education, ideally in an automotive environment, and experience in handling vehicle damage
• You can particularly well work through and think through complex situations
• You are very familiar with Berlin and ideally have experience in a similar position
• You work very accurately and nothing escapes you
• You can express yourself very well in German and English, both in writing and verbally
