About the Position

We are currently seeking a full-time (Junior) Commercial Manager to be based in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate commercial processes within the Plant & Equipment function
  • Prepare, review, and reconcile accounts as well as support the administration and alignment of contracts
  • Contribute to day-to-day business operations, including material control and customer invoicing
  • Support quarterly and annual financial closing activities, including preparation of financial statements and balance sheets
  • Monitor and control budget, costs, forecasting, and management reporting
  • Prepare analyses and business evaluations, such as cost calculations and performance assessments
  • Act as a key interface between Finance, Procurement, and Operations to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
  • Good SAP skills and confident user of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
