About the Position

We are currently seeking a full-time (Junior) Commercial Manager to be based in Nigeria.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate commercial processes within the Plant & Equipment function
- Prepare, review, and reconcile accounts as well as support the administration and alignment of contracts
- Contribute to day-to-day business operations, including material control and customer invoicing
- Support quarterly and annual financial closing activities, including preparation of financial statements and balance sheets
- Monitor and control budget, costs, forecasting, and management reporting
- Prepare analyses and business evaluations, such as cost calculations and performance assessments
- Act as a key interface between Finance, Procurement, and Operations to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Initial professional experience in a similar role
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
- Good SAP skills and confident user of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
