Junior Compliance Manager

About the Position

Our Compliance team, which is part of Business Development, is the intersection between the Genesis ecosystem and the world's largest technology companies: Google, Apple, Amazon, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and dozens of others. We do not just manage compliance risks but also support partnerships - we form the interaction strategy, create opportunities that affect the entire Genesis business portfolio.

We are looking for a specialist with experience in law or compliance (1-3 years) who will ensure that the business complies with the rules and policies of key partners (Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok, etc.).

You will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of mobile applications and marketing and media materials with the policies of the world's largest technology companies. You will analyze updates to the policies of our key partners and prepare our businesses for them.

In addition, you will regularly communicate with representatives of our partners to resolve work issues: from agreeing on advertisements to strategic issues of changing rules and policies in a specific business niche.

Responsibilities

• Communicate in writing and verbally with representatives of partner companies (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Apple, etc.) on issues related to policy compliance;
• Regularly check and approve marketing materials, media content, and mobile application content for compliance with partner policies;
• Conduct checkpoints with business teams on policy and rule compliance issues of the largest partners;
• Monitor changes in partner policies and provide practical recommendations to business teams on their implementation;
• Advise teams on the application of partner policies and the development of risk minimization strategies;
• Create presentations, as well as conduct training and master classes on compliance for company employees;
• Develop internal policies and regulations;
• Assist in other ongoing work related to the cooperation of Genesis teams with the world's largest technology companies.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in law or compliance;
• Initiative and creativity;
• Fluency in spoken and written English;
• Strong research and analytical skills;
• Willingness to independently control projects, ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve results;
• Responsibility and attention to detail;
• Good presentation skills.
