Junior Consultant Data Analytics (m/ž/d)

About the Position

We are looking for a Junior Consultant Data Analytics (m/ž/d) to join our team at PROMATIS. Your role will focus on Oracle Business Analytics and Enterprise Performance Management. You will be responsible for finding valuable business insights from vast amounts of data, building analytical models, and ensuring efficient data storage and management.

Responsibilities

• Focus on user needs and translate them into business and technical goals.
• Structure data professionally in conceptual models.
• Access relational, multidimensional, hybrid, and NoSQL databases using Oracle technology.
• Manage data using Oracle databases, Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and autonomous databases in the cloud.
• Design reporting and analysis applications and dashboards in collaboration with users.
• Support data migration through data profiling, ETL processes, and necessary automation and testing routines.

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, economic informatics, information economics, or industrial engineering with an IT focus.
• Knowledge and practical experience in:
  • Data administration system architecture and usage.
  • Conceptual data, business process, and business rule modeling.
  • Logical and physical database design.
  • Data modeling for Data Warehousing and OLAP: Star Schema, Snowflake Schema.
  • Monitoring and online analysis: report, dashboard, and web and mobile reporting system conception and development.
• Additional qualifications:
  • Modern data visualization techniques.
  • Agile Data Warehouses modeling: Data Vault.
  • Oracle Analytics Cloud.
  • Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence databases and applications in technologies such as object-relational, in-memory, multidimensional, Essbase, Big Data (NoSQL, Hadoop + Spark Frameworks).
• Responsible deployment of digital technologies and artificial intelligence to create a sustainable user experience.
• Communication skills, ability to abstract and structure, attention to detail in documentation, and proficiency in German and English.
• Mobility for project work domestically and internationally.
