As part of our consulting team, you will advise our clients on technical projects for companies in critical infrastructures. You will support telcos and energy providers in their transformation from traditional network operators to technological pacesetters of entire value chains. From the expansion and operation of network infrastructures to concepts of autonomy and resilience, you will support them in the upcoming challenges.

Responsibilities

• As a connecting element between technology, strategy, and implementation, you will contribute to making the digital transformation in critical infrastructure environments tangible and accompany the introduction and further development of central monitoring and billing systems with a real impact on business-critical processes.
• In one of the most exciting and data-rich industries, your ideas will create innovative, automated, and AI-supported solutions that take topics such as network optimization, predictive maintenance, and data-driven business models to a new level.
• In close cooperation with our clients, you will develop a deep understanding of technical challenges, provide impulses in workshops, and create the basis for sustainable strategic decisions with meaningful presentations, business cases, and decision-making bases.
• You will actively and reflectively use AI tools in your work, support the further development of digital processes, and prepare insights from data, trends, and use cases in an understandable manner for projects and teams.
• Consulting means flexibility: Your project deployment is based on our clients and your project situation – you will work nationwide in our offices, on-site at the client's location, and from home.

Requirements

• You have a above-average completed degree in (Economic) Computer Science, (Economic) Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable degree program with a quantitative focus and want to contribute your knowledge in forward-looking topics.
• Initial practical experience in the environment of KRITIS companies, network infrastructures, or in corporate consulting is advantageous, above all, you are characterized by a pronounced curiosity for the transformation towards autonomous networks.
• The fascination with modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, data-driven systems, cloud solutions, or automation drives you to think new ways and actively participate in shaping them.
• The engagement with autonomous networks and intelligent systems offers you the opportunity to develop innovative approaches and create real added value with the help of AI-supported tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and yet creative way of working make it easy for you to penetrate complex issues confidently.
• Proficiency in MS Office is complemented by initial experience with Git and Python, which underscores your affinity for technical topics and modern working methods.
• You have initial experience with AI tools, critically assess their results, and are willing to learn, to continuously develop your knowledge of new technologies.
• Very good German skills at C1 level and good English skills enable you to communicate convincingly in the project environment.
