As a junior consultant, you’ll begin building a lucrative career at one of the top talent acquisition agencies with direct access to high-performing industry experts and recruiting veterans. You’ll receive focused, hands-on training and all the insider tips and tricks to ensure your success, and you’ll be paired with a senior-level leader to mentor you in your selected sector, ensuring a speedy onboarding and fast track to industry expertise.
Learning the ropes as a full-cycle recruiter, you’ll hone and perfect critical skill sets like negotiating, building your client base, interviewing, and candidate submissions-all vital to successful talent acquisition. As the primary point of contact, you’ll lead your candidates through the entire interview process.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Completed higher education degree
- Some initial experience in sales
- Living in Amsterdam or ready to move
