Are you passionate about solving complex business challenges and driving impactful change? We are seeking a Junior Consultant to join our advisory team, where you will have the opportunity to work across diverse sectors and practices.

This position is open across all Civitta locations: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, Ukraine, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Kosovo, Serbia, North Macedonia, Armenia, Georgia, Portugal, Uzbekistan, Croatia, and the United States of America.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants on various projects
• Assist in the development of management consulting proposals
• Conduct research and analysis to support project needs

Requirements

• Consulting experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
