Responsibilities

As a (Junior) Consultant, you will translate client needs into smart, scalable, and future-proof experiences. You will work with strategists, designers, technologists, and data experts on digital transformation challenges, both from a business and technology perspective. You will connect data and experience by designing customer-centric strategies, activating technologies such as CDPs and AI, and quickly building and testing MVPs.

Examples of projects:

• Designing and implementing a (digital) agency service for a financial service provider to improve customer retention or prevent churn.
• Translating business and strategic drivers into technological requirements for a loyalty platform, based on a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Experimenting with low-code and vibe coding solutions to quickly validate new customer processes.
• Shaping a fully digital strategy for citizen engagement for a country or local government.

Requirements

We are looking for hybrid thinkers with a digital-first mindset and a drive to create meaningful customer experiences. You have:

• A master's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, Innovation, Artificial Intelligence, or similar.
• An affinity with digital strategy, customer data, CX tools such as CRM, CDP, and AI transformation. Experience is not required, but interest and eagerness to learn are.
• The ability to simplify complexity and link business ambitions with technological opportunities.
• Comfort in agile environments and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability and a learning mindset.
• A professional attitude towards clients.
• Excellent command of the English language (speaking Dutch is not a strict requirement for this role); other languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to travel within and outside the Netherlands.
• Nice to have: experience with customer journey mapping, design thinking, user research, marketing activation, and/or project management.
