About the Department

Trust&Safety is a department that works to reduce risks, prevent harm to users, and combat fraud. It helps create a culture of care, safety, and positive experiences around and within the company's platform and services.

Responsibilities

• Moderate content on the site: media and text content, other services, and verify user accounts.
• Participate in other tasks as needed: maintaining the knowledge base, additional content checks, especially for training ML models, conducting research, etc.
• Collaborate with the user support team and other related departments.

Requirements

• Knowledge of English at the Intermediate+ level.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and remember information.
• Adaptability to change.
• Confident PC user level.
• Communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and formulate conclusions.
• Ability to independently manage your work time (ideally, previous experience working remotely and on night shifts).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of other languages (Spanish, Chinese, French, German, Portuguese).
• Previous experience as a content moderator.
