About the Role

VML è alla ricerca di un/una Junior Copywriter da inserire in stage presso la nostra sede di Milano.

Entrerai a far parte del Creative Team e lavorerai a stretto contatto con Copywriter, Art Director e altri professionisti della comunicazione. Avrai l’opportunità di imparare sul campo come nasce una campagna: dall’idea iniziale alla scrittura, fino alla sua realizzazione sui diversi canali.

Responsibilities

Scriverai testi, concept e idee creative per campagne ATL, BTL e digital.
Imparerai ad adattare tono di voce e messaggi a canali, formati e target diversi.
Lavorerai in sinergia con gli Art Director allo sviluppo e alla realizzazione di campagne e progetti.
Parteciperai alle sessioni di brainstorming, contribuendo alla strategia creativa del team.
Trasformerai insight e idee in contenuti chiari, originali e coinvolgenti.
Darai supporto alle diverse attività del team creativo e agli eventuali progetti correlati.

Requirements

Passione per la pubblicità, la comunicazione e la scrittura.
Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana e inglese fluente.
Ottime capacità di scrittura, editing e revisione dei testi.
Capacità di adattare il tuo stile a linguaggi, canali e pubblici diversi.
Curiosità, creatività e voglia di imparare.
Attitudine a lavorare sia in autonomia sia in squadra.
Capacità di organizzarti, gestire più progetti contemporaneamente e rispettare le scadenze.
Mentalità proattiva, flessibile e aperta al confronto.
Interesse per il mondo della cultura digitale, dei social media e dei nuovi linguaggi della comunicazione.
