About the Position

Group Corporate Credit Risk Management oversees development, implementation, and monitoring of concepts and tools for a group-wide steering and limitation of Corporate Credit Risk in RBI Group. GCRM departments take an active role in underwriting of corporate credit applications in the respective industry segment - in a primary (for RBI) and secondary (for RBI Group) responsibility - providing comprehensive risk assessment of individual customers and proposing risk mitigations or structural improvements. GCRM develops underwriting criteria for corporate credit policies within RBI Group in line with the risk appetite of RBI Group.

Your mission at RBI:

  • Active risk management role in the credit approval process with focus on the business credit cards for the corporate segment
  • Processing of credit card applications in the Limit Management System in line with a defined set of rules for such product and providing risk recommendation for decision maker
  • Taking own risk decisions based on the approval authority for corporate credit application (according to delegation)
  • Ongoing monitoring of credit card portfolio to identify risk related issues and propose corrective measure (if applicable)
  • Supporting Early Warning System (EWS) function for proper and timely segmentation of customers into Client Risk Status (CRS) “Standard / Watch / Pre-Workout / Early-Workout / Workout”

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of banking, relevant regulations, accounting & finance, and understanding of the balance sheet structure
  • Ability to work independently, focused, and precise on recurring tasks
  • Having good time management
  • Capacity to quickly learn new skills and acquire knowledge in technical applications used in the job, such as Power BI and other IT applications
  • Good knowledge of MS Office. Familiarity with Macros as an advantage
  • Ability to interact with internal stakeholders and deal with documents in English (C1) and German (B2)
