About the Position
Junior CRM Manager (all genders) - ABOUT YOU Outlet
Join ABOUT YOU Outlet as a Junior CRM Manager to develop and implement CRM strategies across multiple countries and channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop CRM strategies across multiple countries and channels to sustainably increase customer lifetime value
- Implement automated, scalable multi-channel campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and Direct Mail
- Define business requirements for developers to enable new CRM use cases and integrate additional data sources
- Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve CRM performance through A/B testing, reporting, and data-driven insights
- Take ownership of CRM initiatives and independently manage projects from concept to execution
Requirements
- Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
- First professional experience in CRM, Product Management, or E-Commerce
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven and solution-oriented approach
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Interest in automation, technology, and customer-centric marketing
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze or similar tools
- Familiarity with international customer communication across multiple countries and languages
- Knowledge of German or any other European language
- Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance daily workflows and efficiency
