About the Position
We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium. In this role, you will work closely with our Procurement Manager and CIO, analyzing data to support our colleagues and improve business performance. You will learn about our business processes and think proactively about how we can make them more efficient.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update databases
- Process supplier price adjustments in our ERP system
- Conduct impact analyses of these price adjustments and benchmark reporting at the region level (automated)
- Further develop our ERP system, with room for your own initiatives
- Develop interactive reports for our internal and external stakeholders
- Provide project support, such as XML integration and API construction for third-party systems
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Accurate and orderly work with attention to detail
- Responsible for the correctness and completeness of data
- Ability to process large amounts of information
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Flexible and takes responsibility
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Pivots
