About the Position
Job Title: Junior Designer
Location: Sydney, AU
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: AUD $76,515
Responsibilities
- Work with your team to run projects from start to finish
- A keen eye for design - an interest in Front-end Design
- Designing and building cross-device unique creative
- Creating custom solutions for client requirements
- Developing on-brand pitch deck
- Communicating with clients directly and managing expectations
Requirements
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop
- Eager to learn new software
- Initiative on learning development (e.g., notetaking and proactive action)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, time management, and communicate transparently with internal parties
- Portfolio demonstrating a clear understanding of brand identity and design principles
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to demonstrate a real passion for what you do, and eager to exercise creative freedom
Nice to Have
- CSS and HTML knowledge
- Video editing, effects, and compression ability
