About the Position
Join ABOUT YOU's Marketing Department as a (Junior) Designer & Art Director (all genders)
We create the ideas, formats, and platforms that shape how ABOUT YOU is seen and experienced, from large-scale events to digital formats that make our brand tangible and relevant. Our performance teams make sure those ideas reach the right people. By connecting creativity with data and technology, we ensure our campaigns are not just seen, but understood and continuously improved. And the scale is real: we're active in 26 countries, reaching more than 300 million people. We do it all with a team of fewer than 100. Everyone owns their work – and sees the impact of it.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing brand identities, including visual guidelines
- Create campaigns and seasonal visual directions
- Art direction for shoots and events, including concepts, mood boards, and styling references
- Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives
- Contribute to maintaining consistent brand standards across touchpoints
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in design or art direction, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or agencies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Understanding of fashion aesthetics and trends
Nice to Have
- Experience with creative AI tools (e.g., image generation, editing, ideation)
- Optional but a plus: Experience with social media storytelling (Instagram, TikTok), photography, motion design, or video editing
