About the Position

We are looking for passionate young individuals to join our dynamic team as Junior Digital Marketing professionals. Analyze market trends, develop PPC strategies, and create impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and research market trends for our clients
• Develop PPC strategy for our clients (market research, competition, audience profile, etc.)
• Create texts and banners for PPC campaigns
• Optimize and monitor PPC campaigns according to internal standards
• Create monthly reports with data obtained for PPC campaigns
• Manage, optimize, and track PPC budgets and campaigns in accordance with performance indicators (ROAS, ROI, CPL)
• Provide ideas for increasing our clients' online presence
• Increase your knowledge in digital marketing platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and KPIs
• Create procedures and How-to documents

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken – we have clients from outside Romania and will be creating PPC ads in English)
• Experience or knowledge in creating banners using Canva or another editor (e.g., Photoshop)
• Creative and passionate about the field
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of Google Ads or Facebook and Instagram Ads (Meta Ads)
• Communicative and teamwork skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Desire to grow and learn continuously
• Trustworthy, organized, and responsible
• Adaptable (the field is constantly evolving and you must always keep up with trends)
• Ability to estimate time for tasks
• Participation in training and following specialized blogs

Nice to Have

• Marketing degree
• Meta Blueprint certification
• Google Ads certification
• Experience in managing social media accounts in various fields
• Knowledge and experience in creating Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads for clients in different fields
• Copywriting skills
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
